Guillaume has supported numerous financing and strategic transactions across global markets, leveraging his experience at Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan, and Rothschild & Co.
Over nearly 20 years, he has executed deals totaling over $25 billion, advising clients on capital structure optimization, complex funding solutions, and investor negotiations:
•Strong track record of executing over 50 complex financial transactions, generating over $300 million in fees.
•Guillaume is also an entrepreneur, having founded Scalens, a platform for investor relations
Maxime Girard
Founder and CEO
Maxime has 20 years of experience in deal transactions on both the buy and sell side from Canada to Asia. Maxime also acts as a fractional CFO for many clients. His wholesome finance experience gives him an edge in supporting clients for all their financial and strategic needs
Maxime is an entrepreneur and a deal specialist. He deployed over $200M in transactions ranging from small to large, in venture, growth capital and LBO takeovers.
Maxime has worked on specialized deals such as a first international partnership for a large insurer and a take private through a court process-ordered process. His expertise is mainly in financial services and technology.
Maxime holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management and he is a CFA charterholder.
Thanh Dang

Thanh has experience in public accounting, private equity and corporate finance.
She holds a BSc in Accounting from the University of South Florida and a Msc in Finance from the Wilfrid Laurier University.

Steven has supported corporate finance and strategy across global markets, leveraging over 12 years of experience, including at Citi and other leading global financial institutions. He advised executives with data-driven analysis on P&L, capital allocation, and forecasting to drive measurable results.
•Lead financial and operational readiness for Citi’s $US 9.2bn divestiture of Banamex in Mexico, overseeing the transition and maintaining stability.
•Set the 2025 $US 600 million annual plan for Citi corporate banking, balancing CEO growth objectives with the input of the corporate banking team, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
